The holy monastery of Skiadi is located in the southwestern part of Rhodes, to the northwest of the village of Mesanagros , 95km from the island's capital, built at the foot of the "Stavros" hill.
Access to the monastery is possible from both the western and eastern sides of Rhodes. One route is via the Rhodes - Lindos highway towards Kattavia. The visitor heads west towards Apolakkia and about halfway along the route turns right and follows the provincial road that leads to the monastery. He can also, at the height of the village of Gennadi , turn right following the Gennadi - Vati - Apolakkia route, then head towards Kattavia, and halfway along the route turn left onto the provincial road towards the monastery.
Outside the courtyard of the monastery there is a large parking space.
There is also a special parking space, ramp for wheelchair access and toilets for the disabled.

Summer: 07:00 – 20:00
Winter: 07:00 – 18:00
Visiting hours at the museum of the Holy Monastery of Skiadi:
Summer: Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 17:00
Winter: Sunday 10:00 – 17:00
During the winter months, the museum is open to organized groups, schools or even individual visitors by appointment only.
